I just added a little Flash widget to the home page that shows the 10 most recent images added to Lightbox. The SWF file gets its content from an XML document published whenever new images are added to my Lightbox photoblog, then it dynamically generates loader objects that dissolve between each item in the list. The XML document also includes the URL for each images's Lightbox entry.
