From the MAX session on Photoshop and Flash Integration: This PSD2FLA tool from Media Lab is a slick $89 app that will automate the process of exporting as PNG and then importing into Flash all the layers from your PSD file. Seems to do a great job of numbering and naming Flash layers based on PSD layer name and stacking order.
