Phoenix Resting

Our neighbor's cat Phoenix chilling out.

The normal color view of this image seemed to have too much competition between the green trees beyond and the cat in the foreground. I started playing in Photoshop and rather than go completely black-and-white, I just removed the color in the background and kept the cat the way he was.

Not such a good end result, because you can see where the picture has been altered in photoshop - just above the cat's head. Perhaps a little bit more time spent on fining out the blocks of colour in that area before posting this picture up on your site, would of done it more justice.
