We just returned from a week vacation in Destin, Florida and I've got a big backlog of images to post here on lightbox, including this one of a fisherman taken right at sunrise.
I'm proud of this shot simply just because I was happy with myself for taking a bit of extra work to get the proper angle. For this I waded into the water about 75 feet, holding my EOS above my head, until the water was about chest deep. I was eager to do this since the shots of this guy from the beach weren't that exciting and I felt the best angle was to be out in the water looking back toward the coastline with the fisherman lined up right against the rising sun.
This is a fantastic shot and I'm glad you went the extra effort to get it. The colors are wonderful and the sun seems like it wants to pop out of the picture.
